Our family farm is located in <strong>Postira<\/strong>, on the island of <strong>Bra\u010d<\/strong>. The 100-year-old family estate covers 15 hectares and is engaged in olive growing, viticulture and sheep breeding on spacious hilly pastures not far from our house. For centuries, our grandfathers and great-grandfathers carefully chose autochthonous Croatian varieties (<strong>Oblica<\/strong>) of olives suitable for our climate. <strong>Olive tree<\/strong> loves light and therefore our climate with plenty of sun suits them perfectly.<\/p>\n<p>Dalmatian region is the sunniest and warmest part of Croatia. We continue the tradition of our ancestors, we prune macchia plants, we lift broken stone into the walls, creating piles. We pour Dalmatian red soil into the cracks and thus create the soil suitable for planting olives. Our olive groves are built on the slopes of karst terrain. Last but not least, by clearing barren areas and building dry stone walls, which descend towards the sea, our olive groves have significantly influenced and created the landscape of our homeland. At the optimal degree of maturity, our olives provide an oil with a high content of polyphenols, natural antioxidants, important for human health, which also protects oil from its spoilage. He greatly contributed to the realization of my dream, so he created the brand PINKA NATURAL COSMETICS -certified cosmetics signed by pharmacists and aromatherapists. My name is Darija Gospodneti\u0107, I was born in Split and I knew from a young age what I want to be when I grow up. I graduated from the Medical School, majoring in pharmaceutical technics in my hometown, and graduated in pharmacy at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Padua, Italy.<\/p>\n<p>The production of our cosmetic products is based exclusively on the use of certified cold-pressed vegetable oils and chemotyped essential oils, plant macerates, waxes, hydrolates, plant extracts and other pharmaceutically active substances. Our workspace, laboratory and study of good manufacturing practice (GMP) are made according to the standard HRN EN ISO 22716: 2007. I personally make my own recipes for all my products.
